PAM Theragnostics GmbH (HRB 12935, Neuruppin Local Court) was founded in 2020 and develops diagnostic and therapeutic approaches based on the PAM-adrenomedullin signaling pathway. The areas of application include Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and acute ischemic stroke (AIS). PAM Theragnostics’ products have the potential to become revolutionary blockbuster drugs on the global medical market.
The Görlich Group has already invested in PAM Theragnostics through its family office and has once again increased its stake through the funds in the current investment round.
Görlich GmbH & Co. 2a BioTech KG – already invested €1.5 million in the Series A round
Görlich GmbH & Co. 2b BioTech KG – plans to participate in the Series B round, which will begin in Q4 2026, with €[insert amount]

Terms of Investment
Our investment limited partnerships offer semi-professional investors the opportunity to invest starting at 200,000 EUR. The full amount of each investor’s contribution is paid to PAM Theragnostics.
The limited partnership’s operating expenses—in particular those related to the requirements of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and day-to-day business operations—are financed from the contributions of the general partner (Dr. Görlich GmbH International). The general partner has already contributed the initial investment of 100,000 EUR and will increase it as needed. Investors are not required to make additional contributions.
Distribution of Proceeds
After the investors have recovered twice their initial investment from the successful sale of PAM Theragnostics or its patents, prior to personal taxation, the investors retain an additional 80% of the proceeds. The founding shareholders receive the remaining 20% as compensation.
If the project is successful, it may yield substantial profits.
